Welcome to the workshop. Efficiency of work done and car loan. I am very satisfied with the service.
It is very complicated to have your mechanical workshop by phone, when I come to the dealership I understand why now. By presenting me at the reception the young man was alone in front of 5 waiting customers including me, with the added bonus of the telephone which rang. While 3 people from the dealership offices were on a coffee break right next to us .... There must definitely be something you can do to decrease the wait for your customers ... !!! However, I appreciated the attention and explanations given to my request.
On the road to vacation I had several lights on my c4 and we arrived at the garage in despair. We were taken care of immediately. We had a superb welcome with a smile and the professionalism of the mechanics. Once again a big big thank you to lea and the mechanics
