Very beautiful tiles. And good advice.

Not serious and little interest for the customer. I bought for more than 1200 € of tiling in the Orleans store (same owner as that of Vierzon). I had skirting boards in my tiles. Deposit of the tiles on Friday November 8-11 then a supplement on Thursday, November 14-11 (departure in the factory of Belgium every thursday and return manufacture the following Thursday). During my deposits of my tiles the seller informed me that store will close at the end of November and by that date that there were no worries for the manufacture of baseboards nor to recover them. On Thursday 21-11 I go to the store (I do not live next door) and on the window it is mentioned that the store is closed. Surprised I phone with the number that is mentioned on the door and I am confirmed that the store is closed (rather than expected) and that my skirting boards are in Vierzon. Result: my tiler will charge me on Thursday afternoon (in principle I had to provide skirting in the late morning), I took my vehicle in the middle of the afternoon to go get my baseboard (3h trip not planned in my job of time) plus the cost of the return trip by the highway with my vehicle. My job will be delayed. The people I met did not take into account my scheduling slippage from my job (the tiler will come back but when?). The manager offered me a financial compensation that does not even cover the cost at the cost of the kilometer without counting my time and especially the slippage of the schedule of my site. In short they close before the date, they do not warn the customer and for them there is no problem. I regret my purchase.
