Fortuneo took over two months to transfer my PEA, and I've had a few other issues with them. I don't recommend Fortuneo.

I do not recommend: I requested the opening of an account following the need to carry out a transaction quickly. Shortest result: 20 days! It is shockingly long. Despite the calls and the friendliness of the staff. A shame !

I have just made an interbank transfer. My recipient asks me for proof of the transfer, I try to find it in my customer area but without success. I phone customer service: their response: if I want my transaction notice, I have to pay € 12 !!!!!! It is impossible to click on the transfer made and thus have a transaction notice. INADMISSIBLE

Sad, a month and a half after opening my joint account the 2 CBs were blocked for 10 days because I was asked to return my receipts and they did not want to unlock the cards until they had not processed the receipt of my documents which were exactly the same as when registering (proof of address + tax notice) !!! I called them every day, sent them emails every day it was no use, they have no regard for their customers !!! Fortunately I had not closed my previous account otherwise I would have found myself without any means of payment for TEN DAYS !! And there rewelts the CBs again blocked for 4 days because I made a withdrawal of 300 euros which was impacted on my account but not yet processed by their services !! I have never seen that!! I close my account during the week, it is unacceptable to be so negligent and disrespectful with his clients

Contacting customer service is very easy and e-mail responses are often very fast. I am very satisfied with the Fortuneo services except on one point: the impossibility of permanently programming transfers of less than € 10. Too bad. I recommend without problem.
