If I could have put zero ..... It's great for anyone who loves bank charges! Don't expect a commercial gesture from them. Their GOOGLE rating is up to their competence. Being a financial professional, I will worry about having so many negative reviews. Fortunately, it is not, and so are many of my partners. Moreover, they never respond to comments from their customers. FYI, for those who have taken out a mortgage, borrower insurance from this bank is prohibitive. It is not uncommon for them to be 40% above companies that offer identical guarantees. They are putting in their pockets colossal sums. Play the competition, knowing that there are 2 laws that allow it (HAMON law if the credit is less than 1 year, BOURQUIN law for those over 1 year). This will save you several thousand €!
