Federal Finance… Quite a poem! Are you looking for a high-performance investment? A competent company? A company that takes care of its customers? In that case, forget about Federal Finance. Writing a whole spiel on values, the green economy or people is within the reach of any structure capable of calling on a communications agency. To do so seems to be an absolutely unattainable standard for Federal Finance which despises its clients. In fact: my savings have lost value. Of course, the investment is not guaranteed, but shows the know-how of Federal Finance when other structures have succeeded in making savings grow. For competence, we will come back. The Federal Finance departments that investigate PEE release requests are illiterate at best, incompetent at best. In both cases, there still seems to be a problem at Federal Finance, or it all comes down to gross bad faith. When you ask for explanations, these are “form letters” that are sent by Federal Finance. When you ask to be called back, Federal Finance never calls you back! It’s up to you to do it. The worst part is that Federal Finance changes its motive for similar requests (they have to play dice when they don't know what to answer…). Once again, without ever taking the time to remind yourself. As much to say to you that the consideration of the customer is not at all the priority of Federal Finance. When you explain to Federal Finance that the situation is urgent, because it will block your project, Federal Finance does not care! This is to say the respect that Federal Finance has both for its clients and for the other banking structures with which Federal Finance is supposed to work. In summary, if you have an eligible project and you meet the conditions for release, supporting legislation, easily take 6 months of margin with Federal Finance, the time that Federal Finance asks you for documents that they will not read. . Especially since Federal Finance seems to have cash flow problems to install a telephone line or a telephone subscription. Not to mention the fact that when uploading documents to Federal Finance's platform, they aren't considered until 27 hours later, or put their website up for maintenance with a 2018 copyright (hello trust in security. ...). Federal Finance is to be avoided at all levels. The only positive point, justifying 1 star: the telephone reception of the counselors is always friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they can set up "call back the client" alerts, as they don't seem to know how to read, write or use a phone across the street at Federal Finance, the message must be lost at Federal Finance. Thanks to Federal Finance, the project of a lifetime was sacrificed. Thank you Federal Finance for so much consideration! I encourage all business leaders looking for employee plans to NEVER turn to Federal Finance. Finally, it is not useful to invite me to contact Federal Finance customer service, for the reasons already mentioned: illiteracy, lack of professionalism, bad faith, archaic technical system, no customer consideration. EDIT: to follow up on your feedback, I'm not changing a single remark in my comment. The only answer at this stage is, to summarize "nothing can be done for you" even if I maintain that it took me practically 1 month to have an interlocutor on the phone with a minimum of listening. That being said, and to illustrate the shameful contempt with which you treat your customers: 15 days ago I asked for the text on which you are relying to refuse the request. Imagine that I never got an answer. So .... I do not know who is listening to me according to your message but there is obviously a clear gap between your communication and your actions.

If you receive money through your company in savings account make a refund as soon as possible. Federal Finance is a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel and collects every year 30 euros of clipping fees (management fees) They have siphoned all of my employee savings just in management fees. Collect your money before they siphon all your money!
