Very bad experience and I very much regret having been through this garage. I bought a used vehicle on September 20, 2020, the next day I brought it back because I detected a malfunction (heavy smoke and smell of burning in the middle of the expressway). Given the health crisis, of course, I understand the arrangements and the delay this can cause. This day, November 13, 2020 after several emails and phone calls to which I remain unanswered, I was wandered from service to service, I moved on site, same fight! I was taken from workshop to workshop. Where in the sales phase everything went well (welcome, availability which reassures the customer ... ô_Ô), I note a lack of professionalism. Very great efforts to be made in terms of follow-up of files and whatever the case, if a client takes the time to send an email, anything and give him an answer. I note all the same, the good reactivity to have provided me with a loan vehicle (on the fuel reserve) ... ... Today I am still waiting to know what was the object of this failure ... ... since September 20! I take my trouble patiently and hope that one day I will see the vehicle entrusted ... ... ... 24/11/2020: A week after your answer, you agreed to contact me during the day and still no call ... ...

Citroën workshop welcome for my DS: standard, we had to fight for them to bear the cost of maintenance (maintenance contract) it is a pity that this service is not identified when the plug is created in account of the vehicle, no courtesy vehicle but a Bibus transport ticket for the day

Well received, the barrier gestures respected, I came for my used battery of my remote control key and it was done quickly. Once I paid for the Plip battery, a technician from the workshop kindly replaced it for me. Thank you so much.
