Staff at service desk is slow and incredibly rude.

person in the cabin very unfriendly. no access for parents when your child is trying on clothes and the person tells you to "get out" to let other customers pass. big vocabulary worries towards customers. do not forget that everyone is undergoing the current situation but in-store courtesy remains the basis if not .... stay at home!
no one to enter to check if people are putting gel on their clothes very disappointed for a while no outfit for the holidays we will not think that we are at Christmas
