Le Bistrot des Vignes

I have to say... To this day, 3 years later, the most amazing dish I’ve ever had in my life was at this restaurant (for context, we also ate at Pavillon Ledoyen). It was a white fish with a citrus sauce and slices of orange. While visiting, we ended up eating here 3 times because we loved it so much. The duck was my 2nd favorite dish. I’m hoping for a reply because I live in the states, and I would love to know what kind of fish and sauce that was. We came again in November of 2018, but the menu had changed and my beloved fish dish was gone. Any help would be lovely as I attempt to recreate this at home. Merci pour une expérience incroyable!

A discovery and a balance of flavors on the plate, if you want to know what you can't find elsewhere, then this is where you have to stop! Not to mention the kindness and the unfailing welcome. Madame in the kitchen, Monsieur in the service, there's no denying it, it's a modern-day duo that works wonderfully ... Long road to you and thank you for these wonderful moments!
