Super, super, super !!! Every time I'm at DAX I go to El Meson. This is my favorite restaurant and oh so nice !!! Again and again it's great, varied tapas, paella, fish, EXTRAORDINARY !!! I recommend it every day to my curists, who have never been disappointed. Go ahead and tell me some news !!!

Having known this restaurant as the best fish restaurant in Dax, I expected to have a choice between several dishes of this kind. However, the dish presented in the menu was calf's head. This dish was delicious but I'm still hungry for fish.

Too bad impeccable service and friendly staff. But the starter "pan-fried squid and mussels with garlic and espelette pepper" not fried. Bland no garlic. Tasteless expensive for what it was. In a flat pot of shellfish mussels shrimp prawns crayfish in all 5 shells. 4 prawns and 1 crayfish when in the prawns I did not see it ... but mussels and mussels .... disappointed !!!
