We bought at a bath, order on catalog. It took an eternity to arrive and moreover is delivered on relay point not requested, 40 km from us! However, this bathtub being indispensable to us and never seeing that Aubert arrive, we decide to buy another in another sign. We therefore ask Aubert to do the necessary to refund the bath originally purchased at home and not withdrawn. To date, 1 year later, we still have not been reimbursed, despite many reminders! This sign is not serious and not correct with respect to these customers. We will never buy more in this brand. We do not recommend it!

A real shame in terms of customer relations. I went there in order to buy a travel cot. I found one that interested me, I had already selected bedding items (duvet cover ...) and no one came to see me to help me. No technical documentation on the articles. The saleswomen passed by me when I looked at the bed and not a single word, not a question. I threw away the articles and left without saying anything. I will never come back to it so much I am disappointed by the lack of information given and help offered.
