Deplorable welcome from store staff (Sylvie and Isabelle). No consideration of the customer's information request, despite our request we had to manage when we were only the only ones in the store, no smiles, speak to each other, criticize the person responsible for adjusting the air conditioning and moan in front of the computer during checkout as if we were not there ... no professionalism!
