The exterior looks bleak and looks dark. But as we often say these restaurants often turn out to be the best. This is the case with this one. The waitresses are very nice. So much for the employees. Now the meat. It's simple until today it's the best meat I have ever eaten: tender, tender and very rare, it has everything to please. As for the fries they are just as tasty and you can feel that they are homemade. Be careful, those who prefer them very crispy may be a little disappointed because they are rather soft but I liked it very much. The only downside I noticed was the Roquefort sauce: I found that we smelled more of shallots than cheese, but hey it's so minor that it doesn't deserve to take a star. Finally, the dessert. The creme brulee was delicious.

Received 30min before closing even slightly over the hour. This is a restaurant to taste good meat, so I advise you not to take anything else at the risk of being a little disappointed (especially since the price is quite high). The quality of the rib steak I took is exceptional, juicy and tender, whaouh a treat! The roquefort sauce is also a very nice surprise, I should have asked for a second. And the fries, despite the fat of the frying and the not crispy shell, I loved the sweet and creamy taste all the same! I sincerely wish a very good continuation on this path.

On a trip to Dax we stopped at this little restaurant. From the outside it looks cozy and welcoming. A parking lot just in front of us allowed us to park as close as possible. Greeted by a very pleasant and outgoing waitress, the atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and conducive to a pleasant meal. We ate two Burgers, a tiramisu nutella for dessert. The meat was delicious, the portions generous, the fries were tops. Maybe the burger bun could be improved but it's really to be finicky. The quality / quantity / price ratio is more than correct. Failing to come back because we do not live in Dax, we will be sure to recommend this small address.
