Banking agency below everything. Do not even respect the times indicated on the site. Am a customer in Belgium, that's perfect. Here it is impossible to reach an advisor. Home undrinkable. Call number 3477 supposedly free, 150 euros supplement phone to pay ...

I do not regret at all having left this bank!

In a bank, the priority is not to satisfy the customer? The reception and customer service is to review for the lady. One really has the impression of tearing off an arm for a service.

We were with the BNP for 35 years in the Paris region and still no worries. Welcome and friendly and very humane advisers, always listening to find solutions. Always treated as valuable customers. But since we are here in Bergerac following a move, we have found a huge difference in attitude and ambience. Indifference to our financial problems. No solutions. Cards blocked. Always too busy to talk to us. No phone call as promised because always "too overwhelmed" for us. The person at the reception tries to be nice but we hear his breath when we announce our name. We are treated like dummies here even though we have been good customers for 35 years. It's a shame because I like the BNP, but this agency gives a bad name on behalf of BNP Paribas.
