I was assaulted by one of the saleswomen because I had my son try on pants. She literally asked me to get out of the corner of the store because fittings are supposedly prohibited. Coming out of intersport where we were able to try .... I personally work in a retail store and if I allowed myself to speak in this way to my customers, I will not have my job for a long time. I can understand that there are rules but in this case we come to explain them cordially and not by yelling and making big gestures as if you were the last of the criminals. I will not be setting foot again at gemo.

It would have been better to indicate at the entrance of the store that the fitting rooms are closed due to covid. So I bought a piece of clothing, which I tried on in the dirty washrooms of a shopping center 300 meters away. The garment did not suit I returned it immediately. So there was no problem with the reimbursement, the employees are very understandable and have to endure the bitterness of customers unhappy with the closing of the cabins. Finally I left empty-handed. Not sure that the brand will emerge a winner from the closure of its cabins on the pretext of covid and sanitary cleaning rules ... Especially since there were as many employees as there were customers in the store.

I had found plenty of things that I liked and in the end, I rested everything because the cabins are not in operation. I don't live quite ready so I didn't feel like taking, trying on at home and bringing back if the size wasn't right or if it didn't suit me. Pity !
