No arrangement possible and with incoherent speech, computer problems, etc. I do not recommend, run away.

Very disappointing contact with the company: made us pay a deposit and send everything by registered mail before setting a date. Who would accept this? Postponement request processed with little responsiveness. No response to emails ... or very little. Company not commercial and not accommodating on a postponement requested very quickly: total deposit kept. Abusive conditions of sale. To avoid absolutely! Great lack of seriousness. Truck too small for furniture yet they had been seen by a commercial. The move lasted 9 hours to load and as much for delivery, never seen! Personally to flee because a move requires energy and organization so fatigue is present, to flee! I wonder where the favorable opinions come from, are they clients?

Parts of furniture (screws, planks etc) and shelves forgotten in the old apartment and even on its landing !!! Furniture disassembled and reassembled in half! I specify, I was not there during the move so I could not verify that all the furniture was there.
