No delay on delivery, friendly delivery man and the packages were in very good condition.

Here is my experience with AGEDISS: I ordered a bed for more than 280 euros on the Auchan site. I waited more than 15 days to be delivered while the delivery was not even expected 13 days. On the day of delivery, the deliverers left the two boxes and left while on the delivery note it was noted that they had to unpack to check that the product is intact. In addition by wanting to open I turned the box I noticed that part was patched up with tape (I took pictures before and after opening) and by removing the tape the surprise: the bed had two large notches with the padding that came out (did the delivery people do it on purpose not to unpack the bed? and especially to put the cardboard in such a way that I do not see the tape). Complaint made to Auchan to follow. So be careful if you order from Auchan and especially if you will be delivered by the company AGEDISS !!! A few days after posting a notice on what happened to another site, the company contacted me supposedly to have more information regarding the issue during delivery. I thought I would have at least an explanation for this or an apology. But when I wrote to them (Photos in evidence), their response was as follows: "Hello Y, Thanks for these informations. We invite you to get closer to your purchase sign, so that it explains the procedure for a refund or a redelivery. " ==> It's as if I didn't know it and hadn't already done so, although it was clearly stated in my first opinion that I contacted Auchan to make a complaint. Here is the professionalism of this company !!! In the end their last response was: Hello, We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience. Unfortunately the slip is signed. We have therefore indicated the procedure to follow in order to solve your problem. ==> Here CAUTION never sign a delivery slip without having checked that your merchandise is indeed intact !!!!!

The rule is Wednesday or Wednesday and we give you the time slot the day before! Unpleasant No arrangement possible. "You will be absent 20 min, it's too much," we tolerate 10 minutes, miss. When I tried to explain, the only absences that I could have during this day, imposed, systematically, Mr spoke over my words. A little education. And a check with the people to whom you sell your services that this strict rigidity is "your rule", is well announced to the end customer would be a minimum. Instead, Girard Agediss' response = these are our rules. If that doesn't suit you, check with the site where you ordered!

A FUIR A FUIR !!!! For your good I assure you. Local company of delivery, order of a product on Internet and delivery not this carrier, I had to cancel my order because no flexibility of the transport whereas this one is a 30th of a minute of the point of delivery. Carrier who proposes that a pass in the sector per week on schedules that morning on an uncertain schedule (as if there had been who worked) it is up to the customer to find a solution because they do not look for it. Customer service close to amateurism because no answer in terms of solution proposed to solve the problem keeps delivery when it is not possible to be present. that if we can not be there or even with the supplier to return the product really no flexibility and more impossible to join 10 attempts before falling on an answering machine. I informed the company that had recourse to them to deliver me with my great dissatisfaction and nervousness that I had to cancel my order because of them. I do not understand that companies recognized as serious deal with this delivery man the poorest I have ever met. As a reminder normally my order was to be delivered on a date chosen by the customer dixit the prospectus of the company selling and transport. I do not recommend this delivery company if you had to use it. To want to make the transport economy work better your being served by oneself. the transport world is going so well at the same time (ironic)
