Le Bistrot Paul et Roger

Nice place, definitely has it's own old school style. On the food side, I think it is relatively average, nothing to shout home about. The reason for the low mark is simple, the chef came out to greet some friends of his who were having diner, he sat down with them for an aperitif followed by wine. When the waiter discretely asked him about preparing my main course, he answered "he can wait"... As a paying customer in a near empty restaurant... I believe that it is rude and not acceptable... Simply put I will never go back.
