Like any expatriate Vosges who comes back once 2 days every 2 years, I did my usual little tour of Epinal to discover the new things. So I came across this excellent pastry. Nice surprise, the cakes are really, may very good and the staff and very friendly too. A good address, another, which makes me want to come back more often.

The only problem when you have tasted Julien Lambert's pastries is that you can't do without them! They are all simply delicious, tasty and inventive. The best of Épinal! I highly recommend !

Little sugar and excellent cakes. Very affordable price and warm welcome. Sober but stylish place. I invite the Spinaliens to encourage this young local pastry chef, before he goes to other skies.
