I do not understand how there can be such a deterioration in the quality of the products in a few months , too bad for the welcome which is good

In general, quality has deteriorated significantly at Poulaillon. The price-performance ratio has become shameful. I bought a baguette yesterday, more than half of which ended up in the trash: almost uncooked, rubbery with a strange aftertaste. Even the baguettes of low-cost supermarkets now outperform these.
