I brought to the attention of the brand an atypical quality problem for a pair of socks that were hardly worn (unraveling under the sole of the foot), via the contact form on the website. I get a response asking me to recall the brand, which I do. I come across Emmanuelle, extremely aggressive, who yells at me asking why I think I have the right to expect an exchange or a refund. While I had not asked for anything like this and just wanted to inform about this quality problem! Disastrously incompetent customer service, which has definitely turned me away from this brand that I don't predict a bright future for if they treat all of their customers this way.
