Molly's favourite shop, must admit clothes pretty good quality for the price !

I was with a friend and her 2 toddlers ... one just potty trained and she asked to use the little girls room and was declined! Totally unacceptable

Kiabi is a store that I usually appreciate, and that's the case for Colmar in particular. But then that of Sélestat allows itself to establish rules with the health crisis ... Basically before 2 p.m. the changing rooms are closed. I ask a saleswoman if I can try, she answers no, it's that in 20min (I had about ten items to try). I ask her why only at 2 pm knowing that the rules are respected (one cabin out of 2 is closed, there is hydroalcoholic gel etc.) And she answers me in a very haughty tone "because it is like that". They have lost a client, such a lack of commercialism is unacceptable for a saleswoman. If you can't try before you buy, so close the store or indicate it clearly on the door, that would have saved my time!
