Very wanting a banana waffle following an advertisement seen on social networks, I went to this place on August 7 exactly. I ordered, I paid before I had my due, moved into the restaurant. One of the saleswomen brought me my waffle filled with whipped cream, but I had specified it with a tiny bit of whipped cream. As a result, she takes it back, tells her colleague who is cooking that it is her fault that she forgot to tell the details of my order, asks that I be remade another waffle; the other colleague said to him '' no, you just have to remove the whipped cream and give it back to him '' these are the words that everyone could hear in the restaurant. The young first saleswoman does so, stands in front of the sink and begins to remove the whipped cream with her mask under her chin and therefore in front of the sink which was just in front of my mir line. This saleswoman seemed embarrassed but all the same gave me the same waffle back, with a .... Presentation to vomit. There were three girls in the shop, not one to save the other unfortunately. I paid more than 5.20 € for something that I did not eat because the waffle was not cooked !!!!! I was furious leaving my waffle on the set. It's incredible that kind of situation. Believe me if I hadn't paid up front, I would NEVER have paid for this !!!!

I love waffins! Young and helpful team! But the prices have gone up!

I ordered an awakening and an oriental as well to tell you that there was hardly any chicken, cheese or sauce, it was too dry, too bad because at Saint Jacques the waffles are so much better tastes!

I discovered the 3 cheese waffle there ... It's been one of my favorite "dishes" ever since! I went there yesterday for this famous waffle to go and everything went well, no complaints, thank you. (I wanted to introduce Waffle Factory and this 3 cheese waffle to my boyfriend who lives in the South of France and they don't make it there 😔)
