After a request for information to possibly open an account, my craftsman profile is probably not interesting enough for this bank .... I was supposed to be called back, but obviously I was quickly forgotten.

NEVER AGAIN HSBC after complaint, it has been 2 months without any return from them .... Client since 2006 I closed my account in March 2019 with a letter stamped by them. The closure did not take place, they have charged me costs for 1 year following a letter for lack of movement. I returned an AR HSBC FRANCE in April 2020 in order to clarify the situation and recover the various costs (7 euros x4 quarter i.e. 28 euros, reimbursement of AR, to date 4 euros remains on the account ...) 37 euros in my favor. NO NEW HSBC FRANCE. Incompetent thinks that it has to take the money of their customers, NOT TO LISTEN, TO FLEE .... TAKE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR A SELF-SERVICE (cash cow). I left for another physical bank with no fees, a listening advisor ... well, a serious bank. Stéphane A VERY DISSATISFIED HSBC CUSTOMER.
