Point P or the worst after-sales service in the world! It's a rant that I write because there are enough of being walked around! Indeed since June 23 after having reported a disaster (we are on November 12 ...) for 5 months, we have been walked by the company that installed the roller shutters as well as Point P the company that we provided them. I do not know who is wrong but at the cost of supplies it would be more than normal to answer our calls or when we move and ask the manager, to at least be received ... In addition, this is not the first problem we encounter because the shutters have already been changed once so we have the plasterboard and the paintings ....! Also, I called you Monday 9/11 where I was told I would be called to make an appointment this week .... unless you weren't coming magic tomorrow (without m 'having called beforehand ....) Anyway, react! Because it is really SERIOUS!
