Take our rabbit who was breathing badly and could no longer hold on to these paws in an emergency, halfway through the journey the rabbit stopped breathing I tried to ventilate her along the remaining route ... Arrived at the clinic the veto opens the door say I have another emergency wait in front of the door, I tell her help me she is not breathing! And he said again I have another emergency you will wait ... he closed the door leaving us outside. When he came back 5 minutes after we opened the door, the rabbit was dead. He noticed the death in 1 min and asked us for 80 euro ... By saying it's an emergency consultation that's how goodbye. No compassion, nothing to do that your animal dies in front of the door of the clinic ... Shameful, so as not to be rude.

Run away !!!! Even out of love for your animal, you do not deserve the welcome which is reserved for you in this cabinet .... Even Miss Ratched passes for an angel next to this secretary. Now, if Dr. Kolner can afford to lose his clientele, he does well. As far as I'm concerned, I made an appointment elsewhere.

Vet to flee urgently !! They are only there to make money, it is clearly visible! I quickly changed vets for a much more competent and attentive one (veterinary clinic in Sablon)

For Mr. Sahin, on duty on December 25 in Mr. Kolmer's office. I put zero stars! In addition to being absolutely unfriendly and impatient, this charlatan, who ruminates on his chewing gum like a cow, is incompetent. Because of him, my kitten, whom I adopted a week ago, finds himself on a drip with a severe form of Coryza! Explanations: My cat started having symptoms of Coryza on the afternoon of December 24th. Seeing his condition worsening (bright red eye, sneezing), I decided to call the on-call vet who happened to be Mr. Sahin (he does not deserve the title of doctor). He was condescending and curt as I was panicked and sought advice. He told me over the phone that in any case, you had to consult and therefore call him the next morning, which I did. Once I arrived in consultation, I was limited to being yelled at because for him it was not an emergency since he was still eating. Staggering fact: to get the cat out of its crate, he put it diagonally then vertically (I had however told him to be delicate because the kitten was wild and above all fearful, but absolutely harmless). Another amazing fact: he recoiled because the cat was afraid of him! A veterinarian who is afraid of animals is new. For him, Coryza can be treated on its own, you have to let the immune system act on the organism, the 4-month-old cat is an adult at 6 months so there is no need for treatment. I still insisted on having antibiotics, which he prescribed me for only 5 days, telling me curtly not to worry about anything. My cat's condition has deteriorated and he hasn't eaten since yesterday, so I made an emergency appointment with another vet (under the advice of the first vet I had seen). My kitten has a severe form of Coryza, he was admitted on an IV for an indefinite period. I therefore condemn Mr. Sahin to limit mistreatment of my cat (imagine what he could have done others). I advise him to change jobs and I think deeply about what I can do to fight against this charlatan, and prevent him from committing further negligence of the sort. Ah, and, Mr. Sahin, if you mind so much being on call on Christmas Day, don't. Even if it's always nice to extract almost 100 euros from your patients ... Do not exercise anymore, it's for the good of all our animals.
