Although it is declared as a Hypermarket, there are bigger markets, but it has a still a decent size and selection of foods. It is also not that far away from the German border, so that you can buy products even as a German who lives close to the border or if you are just on a holiday trip there. Good selection of fresh and non fresh food, meat, seafood and cheese. Typical french is the good selection of wine.

Following today's promo (10% voucher from € 60 of purchases) my wife did not have this voucher because she had on her list for a total amount of € 62.08 a promotional item: 2 packs of crystalline sparkling water for an amount of € 3.04. However, the gross price is indicated for a few seconds then the word PROMO for a few seconds, clarification given by a store employee after payment of purchases and refusal the 10% voucher at the cash desk, It turns out that when entering the water packs the promo term is not displayed. This is purely outrageous because I believe that a price must be clearly displayed and a promotion indicated in an appropriate manner. Clearly display your prices and everyone will find their way there!

I allow myself to go up my note, my problem was solved quite quickly. Thanks to the people who took care of this. I went to the Multimedia Leclerc to take an item displayed 44 € 50, after payment I realized that the product went to 49.95 (this is not my first experience of the difference between the prices displayed and prices at checkout). The person there (of good will) was not able to make the refund. So he called his manager by phone to finally send me to their new hypermarket. (Double displacement following an error on their part). The reimbursement is done without difficulty. I take the opportunity to do some shopping, I spot a cart cart that my son has also seen and wanted to use. I ask them if they need a shopping cart token, they tell me no but that I have to leave my ID, which I do. 20 minutes later, I drop off the cart and ask them for their ID. Surprise I am handed an identity document that is not mine, which is also that of a woman (I specify that I am a man who wears a beard as on my identity document), I told him that it's not mine but she keeps handing it, whereupon I show her that I don't look like the photo and tell her again that it's not my IP. It turns out that they returned my ID to someone (who didn't take care to verify what was returned). I no longer have any other IP, I ask them if during a control of the police, I send them back to the Leclerc. They then dare to answer me yes, as if the authorities were going to be satisfied with this excuse. I am therefore waiting to know if they succeed in finding the coordinates of the said person. Otherwise, I would have to waste my time declaring the loss and then waste my time renewing the card (probably paying off in the event of loss). Two problems in less than an hour with this sign. I do not wish to leave my details on this post. I left my contact details at the store reception. Best regards
