SEQUOIA Pressing Nouvelle Génération

I gave them a brand new trenchcoat from Sandro (not a cheap one) with a chocolate stain on it. The stain is gone alright but the buckle of the belt is ruined and the shoulders are all frayed (see photos). Although they denied it, they must have put it directly in the washing machine. I could have done that myself at home and it wouldn't have cost me 11€. And, as if it wasn't enough, I didn't get anything to make up for it, not even an apology. I won't go there anymore, that's for sure...

I put down my wedding dress and a suit jacket. I got the jacket and the dress in very good condition after a week. The staff are very professional and very pleasant. A real pleasure to have found my very clean ivory white dress. I recommend!

Spend € 120 and learn afterwards that a reduction in the form of a prepaid card was possible but was not offered to me. No commercial gesture was given to me afterwards ... bad service

Request perfectly done, BUT big drawback on the reception and presentation of the various services.
