TO FLEE ! Quality coat, 70% wool, felted, even the button seams are damaged! the lining protrudes from the coat! hem seams are pulled! my coat no longer has any outfit. Bought larger to be able to put a jacket underneath, I can no longer put it on, the sleeves are missing ... A "manager" who advises to make a "complaint" and it is she herself who gives a opinion, negative !!! a joke ! In view of her behavior, she should not differentiate between one quality garment and another. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERED CLOTHING, ARTICLE 1789 OF THE CIVIL CODE, says a consumer association attached to a union. And I am not describing to you here the lack of rigor, of protocols inside this dry cleaning unlike the others, and its obsolescence. This is probably why my coat had to be washed instead of having had a dry cleaning! LAMENTABLE this lack of professionalism!

No professionalism .... coat put to cleaned ac large metallic buttons ... 2 buttons less, the other abysses! Of course, no guarantee ... pressing to avoid!

September 3 I put a leather jacket for cleaning / refreshment, I am warned that it will take time because it is not done at the store but sent to a provider (send and return on Tuesday). No news I remember October 1 ... 1 month later anyway. The leather was returned to the store, nothing was done because there would be a problem in the sleeve. There was indeed a tiny tear in a sleeve on a centimeter. I am told that it must first be repaired before doing anything. As in a month it has not happened, I want to recover the leather. I get the leather back and say that I can not be reimbursed right away. I see that the whole sleeve is torn at the handle. What happened? Nobody knows. An employee tells me that the shopkeeper ("who is very busy and not often there") must call me back in the afternoon. Tuesday afternoon: no news. Wednesday: no news. Thursday I remind: "yes yes she has your number she reminds you Thursday: no news Friday I remember and I become very very insistent, very heavy even, I end up on the phone." We will fix it and you reimburse, ... "On October 26 I remind and I am warned that the leather is in Paris to be repaired and that they received it only on October 22. But what happened between October 4 and October 22, it's going to last for a long time ... Phew I finally got my leather back on October 31.
