The machines are CONSTANTLY out of order, either the laundry is not wrung out, or it is not washed at all, not even wet, while the machine has been launched! And on top of that, when we have a problem we have to leave a note with our phone number, as if we were moving with a paper and tape and we wanted everyone to call us !! Put a number at your disposal!
