This vet hospital was the best we have ever experienced in our time living in the United States, Belgium, and now France. Our dog was ill and had tested negative for tick-borne diseases through the antibody test. The vet did an ultrasound and did a direct tick test and began treating our dog for piroplasmosis while we waited for the results. The vet was thorough and incredibly competent. We wished this vet had been in Prescott, Arizona, where none of the 10 vets on staff at Prescott Animal Hospital thought to test for ticks and instead did very expensive tests looking for something rare until I suggested a tick test. "Oh, we didn't do that?" was the response. $2000 later and having to put our dog down. Had this vet from Nordvet been present, we would likely still have our dog who died and our current dog. We are SO grateful to all of the staff and Doctor Bonvoisin for their incredible kindness, professionalism, and competence.

We drove from the UK to get a major segury here and they were great. Better than any vet we have in London and allot cheaper. Highly recommend this place if your dog needs any spinal surgery or mri scans.

I just moved to Belgium, and I don't speak much French (outside of the courtesies and enough to ask someone if they can help me). My wife and I have a 10 month old Dachshund that moved here with us. We were referred to Nord Vet clinic from a place almost 150km away in Belgium - this place is state of the art. The Veterinarians, staff, receptionists, and therapists are polite, friendly, understanding, responsive,... I cannot say enough nice things about their professionalism and knowledge. The vets work hard, they make good recommendations, have reasonable rates for services, and take the time to ensure that you know what is wrong with your dog. I have probably been to 10 vets in my life, I wish I lived here forever so I could continue to go to this one. I will be travelling the extra hour and a half to this vet from Belgium for all of my care needs while I am here.

I have had such a positive experience with this facility and, specifically, Dr. Bernaerts. I brought my cat Potato in a year ago when he was having constant crises and we were in fear for his life. We were lucky we were recommended to this facility. She was able to diagnose him with feline asthma, ran tests, and has been amazing with responding to emails and questions. Some of these reviews are negative because of the costs of tests, but I did not feel any tests were run unnecessarily or were too expensive. He still has severe asthma, of course, but because of her we have it under control with medication. I cannot thank her enough. It’s only because of this doctor and vet hospital that our cat is still alive.
