RENAULT - DACIA - 4 B AUTOS

While staying in Briancon we had a slight injury to our Renault. The owner (who spoke beautiful english to our not very good american Italian) was so kind. He fit us in the same day and got us on the road again. The quality of the work was superb and we were so relieved to find 4B Autos.

Good service and friendly people. It's a small location so the staff is limited.

I called because our car had a problem and I got offered a problem analysis the same day. If you need to talk english, ask for Thierry, he speaks very well english and explains all details very well. The analysis was extremely fast. In my case a repair was not indicated with the time budget I had, and I got very good guidance towards that decision, even though that meant for the shop that they didn't earn on me.
