Check in is very very slow. Parking over-expensive. The cutlery and glasses at breakfast very dirty. In the breakfast room, the ceiling peels off.

Worthy of a two star, not very well done household and very stained bedspread, a hotel that badly needs a refresh and a makeover, having to pay three hundred euros for two for two nights I say no !! ! Disappointing ... I will not stay there again.

A disappointing establishment! A hotel which displays 4 stars but which is far, far from having the displayed prestige! Stay booked on showroom with an all-inclusive formula and good once but not 2. What to start with ? Swimming pool ? Not a skating rink, the water overflowed into the corridor ... A household does approximately, the tops of furniture and dusty shelves galore. The cleaning is not done at the same hours every day, the trolleys are left with the cleaning products to be worn, dangerous for children! As for catering, we retain the evening menus but far from being 4 stars. A tip was not the full formula because for lunch you will be hungry, not a lot of variety but positive point (still) possibilities to have a picnic to take away. The location of the hotel is also disappointing in the city center. The parking lot is very small compared to the capacity of the hotel for 12 € / day. In conclusion, a staff not responsive to customer requests, if you are a foreigner the staff do not speak English, I have never seen that in the hotel industry. A lack of thoroughness for a so-called 4 stars. A half-hearted vacation.
