No professionalism, I brought back a jacket with two spots of sauce, the manager informed me that the result will not be on and the tasks may not be removed, and actually I paid 20 euro (the value of the jacket) for nothing! This is not a problem it happens! But when we got home I tried the first tips offered by google and op, impeccable, the tasks are no longer there, total disappearance !!
