Good experience for me with these movers despite negative reviews. I made a move to Lyon, movers nice and helpful. No breaks. Only 4 out of 5 stars because I had to wait 15 days between beating the passage furniture guard and the new apartment. But for a distance like this one that's understandable.

We are disappointed by the quality of the service provided. When the salesman came to make the quote, he assured us that the cartons of fragile objects (dishes and trinkets) that we had already made would be taken by his colleagues on the day of the move to verify that their contents would not risk to be damaged. This has not been done. And when we wanted to contact the commercial on the day of the move to clarify this point, the latter did not answer our calls (he has never reminded us). We must also know that "The gentlemen" have outsourced our move to a subsidiary "Hans Trans" and that the employees of the latter do not speak French! As a result, - Items that were to remain in our house in the Paris region on which we had put "do not take" signs were moved, - The cartons were put in the rooms without taking into account the destinations specified above (for example, all the cartons of the bathroom were put in the garage) We also found a posteriori that several objects had been broken (mainly frames and dishes). For the dishes, the movers realized it because they put the pieces in the cupboards but did not say anything.
