Good evening, thank you for your professionalism in our move. A forecast of 2 nightmare days turned into a painful episode but largely bearable. The icing on the cake: your human tact, your sense of service, your kindness, in addition to your professionalism and your efficiency. In short, a great team and a great company that I will recommend with sincerity and pleasure.

We had set a moving date and accepted a quote before confinement. No contact possible (we even moved) before the moving date, which puts us in an impossible situation with regard to our buyer. We had to fend for ourselves and, to top it off, Mr. Desnos refused to reimburse us for the deposit. Catastrophic service that doesn't take customers into consideration. A company which nevertheless lives on an established and totally usurped reputation
