Demeco A la Versaillaise

I do not recommend the services of the "Demeco A la Versaillaise" agency. Non-professional movers (disrespectful or even aggressive attitude), no follow-up of the service, abusive invoicing (outdoor parking invoiced but service offered by the town hall), incompetent insurer (compensation obtained after more than 6 months of negotiation). In short, for a move in all serenity, choose another brand. All the more so since the head office is completely clear of the quality of its network. Each agency is independent and therefore responsible for the services provided. End-to-end disastrous customer experience.

I am satisfied, however the lifting vehicle that was chosen for delivery was not suitable, the ground slightly sloping (not stable) and therefore unusable. Identification of places not sufficiently detailed during the 1st contact. The delivery was longer and more painful for the movers (no elevator).

A move made a month and a half ago with a broken family cupboard and a dryer. It can happen I don't hold it against them, especially as the movers were professional. However, what becomes unacceptable is that they still have no return from their insurance for any reimbursement so long afterwards (and it is not for lack of having them restarted several times). In short, I'm still waiting for my refund or at least a response from their service a month and a half later ...

Deplorable service from start to finish. The salesperson incompetent as possible, obliged to come to me the day before the move to collect the supplies. For the collection of the payment obliged to call several times (6 times) each time a different answer. Until the latter is cashed without warning (11 months after the move). When I called for explanations, I was told that they did not know! People all as incompetent as they are unprofessional. I advise you to flee as soon as possible!

I recently used the services of this company for my move. The sales representative (Emilie Blain) was attentive, professional and advised me very well. I had taken out a packing / unpacking option on my own and moving furniture including a piano by the company. I received all the boxes in advance as planned. On moving day, everything went well. The team were efficient, quick and friendly. No breakage. And the sales representative even came to the site to see that everything was going well. I am very happy with the service, and recommend.
