IKEA pick up point. A huge warehouse with countless truck loading docks, so its easy to get confused about what to do. C19 didn't help either. That said, pleasant and helpful people. Would be happy to use again.
dont work with them.. they not answer and nothign !!!!
Both insufficient and inconsistent! Two deliveries, two problems ... Difficult to reach over the phone, delivery date not respected, packages damaged, bad faith .... Should change profession.
PS: I confirm the previous opinion, the reception of the lady on the phone is appalling!
Above all, do not work with this company. Company which is not at all professional, no follow-up of files. Very difficult, or even impossible to reach them. And if by luck you do, a charming person attacks you in the rules of the art. Madame ... change jobs or take a vacation!
The 150kg parcel has been arriving "this morning" in their warehouse every day for 5 days but has not yet been unpacked. Request an appointment for there delivery impossible: I am told every day that the delivery will be scheduled "tomorrow". Maybe it's because the delivery has to be in a village in the countryside ...
Not to mention the lack of courtesy. The easiest way is to collect the parcels directly from their homes, using more seasoned professionals.
