yesterday I was received by a very unpleasant young preparer. She insisted (in an obstinate, unpleasant manner, without listening to me) so that I take a generic even if I tried to explain my reasons and especially that I had agreed to pay without any worry to have my medicine as prescribed by the doctor. No listening to my need. When I asked a question about taking a medicine, she replied coldly: Everything is in the leaflet. What is the point of going to the pharmacy? What good is it to have 4 preparers right now at the pharmacy if not to explain to customers? in this case, we also buy drugs online? And finally, she was taken up by the discussion with her colleagues on the choice of bank card and how lucky she was to have a cheap card !!? Can you imagine the scene? I felt like disturbing! I do not think that we go to the pharmacy for pleasure but by need especially during this period ?!
