I did not visit this place because the telephone "reception" is very rude and aggressive. It is deplorable for a library bearing the name of such a great lady: Jacqueline de Romilly!
I discovered this library during my daughter's school visit several years ago, I appreciated it but only went back this last year because the library in my neighborhood was under construction.
It is a very nice library where we now regularly go with my children (we missed it during confinement).
There is a very large section of children's literature, lots of comics and books for different ages, a dedicated space for children and armchairs for reading on site. You can also borrow films (I really liked the idea "film + book that inspired the film"). There are also activities but I haven't tried them.
The space is large and pleasant and the librarians are welcoming and of good advice.
The welcome is warm but the library is not lit and the entire 1st floor closed at the request of the town hall without any valid reason having been given.
