A very bad organization !!!! The business was taken very late on Wednesday at 11 p.m. instead of Tuesday between 8 and 10 a.m. And arrival scheduled for the 12th in the morning which finally turned into July 14th at 1pm !!! A total underestimation on the part of the commercial of the quantity of our furniture. At the bridge to have to bring a second truck! A logistics team not at all developed. Who did not even have the correct bookstore address when it had been confirmed as scheduled 48 hours in advance. We have been on the phone for days and passing the buck from serve to serve. Concretely the big downside is them! Because as regards the movers, hat !!! Hardworking and very kind! No complaints ! A lot of pain for them in the sense that they too suffer from the total lack of organization of their employer! To sum up to avoid any emergency unless you want to pull your hair out !!!!!
