We bought a full dethleffs pulse gt, Marie Jo was always available to give us information and the price was unbeatable, she did everything to deliver it to us on time following the confinement. We had a great holiday aboard our pulse. All accessories fitted at the dealership work perfectly well. The technicians are helpful and available. (It's rare...) In June I have a bay window on the bedroom side of my caravan which was torn off following a windstorm in Vendée. I called for an emergency order. No sign of life despite the phone calls I fell on the answering machine each time. No one called me back. . I managed to get a window. I don't want to hear about this concession anymore. A shame to ignore the customers.
