Correct

On Friday 09/18 I bought bras (by 2) so tied together for the lot. Given the pandemic, I understand that the changing rooms are not accessible. I took a size up to be sure knowing that H&M sometimes sizes small. And the saleswoman assures me that I have a month to exchange them. We are 09/22 I wish to make a return because the size is too small. Except that the labels are no longer on the underwear she refuses. I did bring them back though. When it comes to a lot it's hard to try without detaching the bras. A good hearer!

I go to the shop less and less, because the staff is not pleasant, the answers are dry and a great lack of smile .... It's a shame.

DON'T WORK !!!! inquire or watch the news !!! you didn't even have extra masks and your colleague at the checkout too !! you require the client to wear one yourself, do not wear one and 2 DO NOT WORK IF IT IS TO LACK RESPECT FOR THE KIND! I understand why your store is empty !!! HOME 0 PROFESSIONAL 0 LACK OF RESPECT 10/10 TO FLEE !!!!!!!!!!!! you deserve no stars

The staff is very friendly. Lots of choices for all tastes. Good value for money.
