Your personel closed the shop yesterday at 20:45 instead of 21:00. When I arrived at 20:50 they refused to help me - I only wanted to buy something in the shop.. very unfriendly and even sweared at me when I reminded her that the shop should not close yet... 1 star because 0 is not possible.
