I left an almost new pea coat there which smelled horrible, the garment was washed properly, but it had to be ironed and the wool was damaged, there are folds at the back, waves and traces of discoloration at the neck. I am generally disappointed. In addition, I was made to pay in advance (which I understand) but without mentioning any package, without visible price or even asking me for the washing that could be applied.

I brought a 2 person synthetic duvet, I got it back as dirty. Covered in lint, hair, like it hasn't even been washed. For 20 € with a surplus of 50 cents for the Covid, that is unacceptable. I would have been to the laundromat, the result would have been better

Nice staff and a job well done. I regularly leave suits, shirts or work ties, sometimes stained, and everything always comes back to me impeccable. Very satisfied with the sign and its staff.

Rather well, it all depends on who is present. This therefore varies on the reception but also the billing of the cover when you come with yours. I only recommend when it's the right person. Regarding the laundry, I have already recovered a suit jacket as if it had been ironed normally so with waves ...

After a call for a carpet to clean, the prices are excessive and return to the price of the carpet (as everywhere), but however I had a very pleasant person on the phone who still gave me some advice to catch up!
