No respect for the family of the deceased. For the past 10 months, my brother-in-law's urn has been "stored" with them, waiting to be dropped off at the funeral home because the work is still not finished despite our multiple reminders. Their last justification: "we don't work in the afternoon, it's too hot!". Almost a year that we are waiting to be able to meditate. Outrageous!
