Pressing Flac'h

Here is my mishap with the Pontiviy Flash Pressing: August 6th while I'm on vacation on Pontivy I put down two suits of work for my husband. The employee tells me that I can pass them back on the evening of Saturday, August 13th. I explain that I leave on the 13th in the morning and she tells me that they will be ready for the 12th at the end of the day. I went back to the costumes on the 13th in the morning and what was my surprise to see a paper poster announcing the closing until the 16th .... I left a note asking to be called back but nothing! During my call, the manager was arrogant and never apologize. It was planned, she said .... So I have to drive 4 hours to go back ....
