the showroom is very good the pavers and tiles are beautiful and the welcome competent and friendly but the result is not the image what we see in stores and despite my complaints Josse did not admit that about 10% of the product purchased was not at the height of what he claimed. Of course he did not even move for the purchase of a ton! Huge disappointment. I will not talk about the delivery (at my expense) lamentable. So for the rest of the floor of my house I will see elsewhere.

Mr Josse gave me the wrong dimensions to make my pillars carrying (in oak) a wall of raw bricks. Conclusion: € 350 lost and no compensation from the company.
