Very competent and friendly staff (thank you Mathieu!), smooth installation process and great products. The technician who installed the stove took a very good care to protect the floor and leave everything clean (there was drilling involved). He finished with a thorough explanation about how to use the stove and a demonstration of starting the fire and left us with some nice goodies (gloves, lighter and a thermometer). We are very happy with our new wood stove!

After a very dangerous experience two years ago ... I had the time to be my mystery client in different brands, also thanks to specialized trainers (CAREB) to work at DTU 24.1. I chose the Aäsgard store in Morlaix because, from the top of their hierarchy to the installers (without forgetting the quality and administrative staff), they all know their field perfectly well in which they are not only very competent because they are trained, but also very reassuring, welcoming and smiling. The installation of my Kapo pellet stove from the Rika brand is a real success. (Negative review is always easy when it comes to competition.)
