A la recherche d'un véhicule, j'ai été très bien reçu et conseillé. Essais de 2 véhicules. Je conseille vivement cette concession. Merci à Bastien pour son aide.

I encountered exactly the same problem as Jean Lobe who left a review at the end of August 2020 I find that completely deplorable! nevertheless concerning me my vehicle was new and bought from them. To justify the sale of their oil can they claimed that the oil was not anticipated at the factory and that dispersing it in a new engine would result in a lower than normal level of oil. Personally, I would have really liked to have been supplemented under the guise of a commercial gesture .... I also notice that dissatisfied customers never receive an answer, on the other hand five-star customers are very much appreciated ..... Volkswagen SENS therefore does not question itself!

Exceptional customer welcome, whether in terms of after-sales service, technicians ... The work is neat, the vehicle returned clean, impeccable. It is a concession that I highly recommend.
