According to the workshop manager who will take care of you either you are lucky you will come across a man who is very professional and kind either the other and there things get complicated, you are taken from above with an arrogant air and contemptuous who has absolutely nothing to do with you. If I can give you some advice, to buy a vehicle perhaps but do not expect more from this concession especially from the workshop part!
